Could you please advise whether you can carry out repairs to our Sony laptop model VGN-TZ-32VN
The power supply is fine, but the screen is totally blank, so it impossible to follow any prompt or do anything at all.
After loading Downgrade XP CD and installing all drivers/utilities, my partner installed the Windows updates. After loading SP3 and subsequent restart, the screen stayed blank (no text). Nothing seems to re-start the computer, the power light is on but nothing else. He also tried to boot from the recovery CD and Acronis boot CD with no effect.
We’ve followed all sorts of things Sony has recommended, but you couldn’t do most of them as nothing comes up on the screen at all.
Is this something that your repairs centre can fix?

Dear sir,
I have an “HP Touchsmart PC IQ770″ which I purchased few months back. The PC with it’s full fascinating entertainment suite that I enjoyed ever since I bought it; worked fine until today followed by an inappropriate event.
I’ve connected my PC to internet so as to update the drivers and for few other automatic fixes that necessitates. And today like any other day, I pushed the power switch button of the PC. Windows is loading came up on the screen. But the booting process became too much time consuming, and out of frustration I switched it off via the UPS connected to the PC. After few minutes I powered the PC back again through the UPS, but this time my PC won’t even boot even after several attempts to start it by pushing the power switch of the PC. Well, the power switch lights up the moment I push it, but not the screen. I don’t think the machine even boots now.
Please find me the right resolve to this.

Hi just wondering if you ay be able to offer help we have aspire 9920 acer laptop has suddenly stopped working power comes on all we have is a black blank screen and nothing else no pictures writing or errors are shown have took it to work shop they just said mother board problems but no one will test as they say it will cost more than laptop its self. Hi guys,
I was wondering how much it would cost roughly to pick up, fix and deliver a white macbook with CD superdrive issues.
It rarely plays any CD’s or DVD’s and doesn’t write DVD’s anymore. could it be fixed or would it need to be replaced? How much for both?

The laptop was working fine but suddenly it had some charging point / power jack issue and isn’t charging. The screen has got 2 redlines when started. The backside of the body has minor crack at hinges but that’s not easily visible.

can you please help me..my web cam on my laptop Aspire5920 is not working. when i am on MSN and my contacts invite me and i click accept, the web cab downloads and then when they accept my invite the web cam closes the web cam session. this is not th efirst time it has happened. i have had it seen to before and it worked but for only about a fortnight and it has gone again.
