I spilt water on laptop while it was switched on.
motherboard needs to be romved from laptop and clean with motherboard cleaner and try to remove and visible corrosion. It this does not work motherboard will be needing to be replaced.
I had similar problems I cleaned my motherboard with cleaning. Spririt and let it dry for 2 hours and that worked fine.
