VIRUS ON LAP TOP AND WANT HARD EXTERNAL HARDDRIVE CHECKED IN CASE OF VIRUS

DESCRIPTION OF THE FAULT:    Virus has disable all anti-virus on system. Cannot reinstall anything, pops up with fake security alerts and slowly shuts down the system making it unusable.

Repeated blue screen and crashing. Suspect it is the graphics card and driver. Originally installed with Windows Vista.
